Winemaking

After a manual harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain a wort, that is fermented to obtain non sparkling base wines. After tasting the wines will be assembled so they are foam.

Cord persistent fine bubbles, a nose with notes of candied fruit and a light floral fragrance, it opens with a generous length and structure
